2. QUALITY
   It needs to be of a good quality, it need not be large or expensive.
3. DÉCOR
   It is always better to decorate it in a neutral colour (it will be easy to repaint and will appeal to more people).
   Good quality carpets and curtains tend to let more quickly.
4. MAINTENANCE
   How much maintenance and upkeep will the property need? How big is the garden? Will it be difficult to keep under control (not all tenants are keen gardeners).
5. APPLIANCES
