On April 7th 2007 The Government introuduced new regulations regarding how Tenancy Deposits MUST now be held - Failure to follow the correct procedures has serious consequences including legal and financial penalties to YOU THE LANDLORD.

TENANCY DEPOSIT SOLUTIONS LTD (TDSL)

DEPOSIT PROTECTION SERVICE (DPS)
